Pharmacy College BELA organized Health Checkup Camp



Students of Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy (Autonomous) BELA Ropar organized a health check-up camp in collaboration with the Rotract club and Red Ribbon club. The camp was organized in the tribute of Shaheed Chandra Shekar Azad Ji on his death anniversary. Approximately 100 individuals benefited from the camp, where students diagnosed various health parameters such as BP, sugar levels, weight, height, BMI, and pulse rate. The initiative aimed to provide essential healthcare services to the villagers of BELA. Dr. Shailesh Sharma, the Director of the college, expressed his appreciation for the regular medical camps organized for the welfare of the community. He congratulated the Rotract club's President, Ms. Navjit Kaur, Ms. Noel, and the Red Ribbon club's President, Mr. Harsimran Singh, for their leadership in executing this social activity. The college's management committee also commended the students and faculty members for their commendable work in organizing the health check-up camp. Such initiatives not only contribute to community health but also instill a sense of social responsibility among the students, fostering a positive impact on society.
