National Technology Day Celebrated at College of Pharmacy BELA
National Technology Day is an important occasion to celebrate the advancements in technology and the impact it has on our daily lives. The Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy (An Autonomous College), Bela is observed this day and is educating its students about the significance of technology.
It is true that technology plays a vital role in our lives today, and being aware of the latest technological trends is essential for success. Program coordinator Dr. Ajay Singh Kushwah emphasis on the importance of timely tuning with technology is very relevant, and students should keep this in mind.
Director of the college Dr. Shailesh Sharma, said that National Technology Day is celebrated every year in India on May 11th to commemorate the successful nuclear test carried out in Pokhran, Rajasthan in 1998. This day is celebrated to honor the contributions of Indian scientists and engineers who played a key role in making India a nuclear power. The test, which was code-named "Operation Shakti", consisted of five detonations which demonstrated India's ability to design and develop nuclear weapons. With this test, India became the sixth country in the world to have nuclear weapons capabilities. National Technology Day is a reminder of India's achievements in the field of science and technology and serves as an inspiration for future generations to continue to strive for excellence in these fields.
Moreover, the director's advice on how to use technology for the betterment of oneself and society is also noteworthy. With the help of technology, one can solve complex problems, improve healthcare, enhance communication, and create new opportunities. However, the cautionary note about the misuse of technology is also essential. Students should be aware that technology can be addictive, and excessive use of it can negatively impact their academic performance and future prospects. Observing National Technology Day and educating students about the proper use of technology is an excellent initiative coordinator of AICTE SPICES, Institute Innovation Cell and Pharmanic Club. It will help students to stay updated with the latest technological trends and use them for their growth and development.
